Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Mirsad Sylja is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of M&E Group Albania, with over a decade of experience in business leadership, finance, taxation and professional advisory services.
He has played a key role in the development and expansion of the company, leading multidisciplinary services in accounting, taxation, legal and business advisory, outsourcing and international business support.
His professional background includes five years in the Albanian Tax Administration, where he held senior leadership positions in tax investigation and combating fiscal evasion, including Head of the Tax Investigation Office for Northern Albania. He also served in a regional leadership position at the Agency for the Delivery of Integrated Services (ADISA).
His career also encompasses experience in the banking sector and more than a decade in journalism and television presenting.
With a strong focus on international cooperation, business development and technological innovation, he is also a Co-Founder of Virtual Accountant, a digital platform designed to automate accounting and tax processes through RPA and artificial intelligence.

With an academic background in Finance and Accounting, he combines technical knowledge with a practical understanding of the financial and regulatory challenges businesses face.
As a co-founder, Evans has played a central role in the firm’s growth and the development of its accounting and tax services. His work focuses on helping clients maintain reliable financial information, meet their tax obligations and make informed business decisions, with an emphasis on accuracy, professional integrity and lasting client relationships.
Evans is also a co-founder of Virtual Accountant, contributing his accounting and tax expertise to the design of automated workflows. His involvement connects everyday professional practice with the development of technology that simplifies financial processes and reduces repetitive manual work.
